ITC could Wii products ban in U.S?

According to Reuters, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has said it is to look into allegations by Hillcrest Laboratories' which state that Nintendo has infringed Hillcrest's patents with the Nintendo Wii. Hillcrest believe Nintendo has infringed their patent for "motion-detecting technology which allowing users to select items on a screen by waving a handheld device." Nintendo says it intends to vigorously defend this action but if they are found guilty of the infringement, the ITC could ban the infringing Wii products from sale in the United States.
